When you complete a booking form, we collect further information (address, phone number/s, date of birth, relevant experience and fitness, medical conditions and emergency contact details). When emailing us, we retain any information obtained in such correspondences, including but not limited to your email address and name. We will retain any information if you contact us via any social media platform.

We collect such non-personal and personal Information for the following purposes:

Guiding Solutions is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform allowing us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Your booking and individual declaration forms are submitted via an HTTPS secure protocol to jotform.com servers, where they are stored, and we can view them.
If we employ other staff on a Freelance/Self Employed basis, we will provide them with your booking form and any other relevant information, as they will have a duty of care for you and therefore require such information.
We may share your information with emergency services in case of an injury or incident.
If requested, we will share your information with law enforcement.
If you provide a review, feedback or comment, we may, with your consent, share such information on this website, social media or any other digital platform.
Photos and videos may be taken in order to share with you after your course. These are the property of Guiding Solutions, and we may use such images and videos on our website, social media platforms or any other digital content. Please tell your Guide if you do not wish to be photographed or videoed.
